Eyup gents, putting the 1098R into full track bike this year and have been mooching around the race bodywork kits on the net. Nice , haven't bought just being nosey sorry not much use to you I know Have you tried getting second hand stuff! I got full fairings plus tank for £300 from one of the lads who used it in the tri options cup last season, in great nick..just a suggestion, save money to spend on track days
Thanks anyway, but its gonna be a full and probably permanent track conversion, so would rather just take the time to do it once/properly. I'm a bit pernickety about scuffs and scratches etc so anything preworn will just annoy the shit out of me. Have a tank lined up, so just needing the plastics and the obligatory bracketry etc., but the season is fast approaching.
I have used CarbonWorld before, for bits and pieces and never been a problem. Had to return 1 or 2 things and it all got sorted without any problems. Think the owner is called Chris from memory.
