Hi all My 900 was running perfectly about a month ago (after resolving a previous issue caused by ICU leads round the wrong way). Now, once again, it refuses to start. Kill switch is in the RUN position. Battery is fully charged and engine turns over fine. Plugs, when removed for inspection, are wet with fuel (fresh in December) so fuel delivery doesn't seem to be the issue. I've checked the plugs for gap and condition, and tested each one separately by grounding to the engine casing and turning over - good strong spark for both. What could have changed in a matter of a few weeks? Surely only fuel? What next - spray Easy Start into the carbs? Or drain the whole system and start from scratch?
Had similar with mine, it seemed easy to flood and not start. Long story short. Spark, but a weak one at that, would not fire a rich mixture when cold and plugs were wetting out. I replaced the leads and plug caps, spark changed from a yellow to a cracking blue and once I got the hang of the choke became a first time easy starter!
