There is one hell of a clang when I roll the bike off the centre stand and it flicks up and hits the base of the exhaust. Although there is a rubber damper on the stand there is none on the underside of the exhaust. I’ve tried to look at the base of the exhaust in the parts manual to see the missing bit but cannot find the right fiche I spoke to my local dealer on the phone and ordered the part but I’m not sure they have sold me the right bit Can someone let me know whether the part in the photo goes into the hole in the base of the exhaust
It looks like the correct rubber part which going into the main stand (item 2), there isn't a rubber fitted into the exhaust. It tends to degrade over time and needs to be replaced every year or so.
