Cheaper panniers than the Ducati ones

Hi,
Just about to hopefully buy my first Multistrada, 1000ds

What I need to know, is there a cheaper version that some-else sells of hard panniers that will fit the bike.

The duke ones are loads of money.

And also the same question for the hand guards?

krauser, real cheap 2nd hand but you will need to make up all the hardware to fit them
