Chinese fairings from 'Mr Yes'

I said I would report back after buying my chinese ebay fairings from 'Mr Yes'
Overall very happy

Arrived very well packaged in a box with wooden battens and each bit very well protected

Mono seat doesnt have posts so had to drill two holes to take supporting posts - otherwise fits fine

Headlight cowl was slightly misaligned so had to dremel the headlight openings slightly on one side but otherwise fit great

Side panels came in two pieces - no fixings supplied and the holes are slightly too big for conventional fixings so had to use washers - may source some slightly larger headed bolts as would look better

The side panels on the right hand side fit with no mod at all

The left hand side needed a hole drilling as the one in the panel was too far forwards

And that was it!

Fitted Dzus as per the originals and they all fit great

Woulnt want them as road panels as the extra hole or two would bug the hell out of me but tbh the actual paint finish is excellent and as track fairings I think they are brilliant

Just need to fit some heat foil underneath now and we are done

Will see if they disintegrate at speed but they feel pretty good to me - we shall see!

 

Must admit just the fact that he is called Mr Yes makes me laugh
He is probably a really little chinese guy and can just imagine him saying Mr Yes lol
