This is no more than a positive post saying what a good dealer Chris Walker in Grantham is. Went for a quick ride out today, stopped at CW for a coffee, asked them what they would charge to activate the heated seat function, I'd bought one new and discounted from another dealer. They said they'd do it straight away, and charged me the minimum labour they could, 0.1 of a unit. As always an excellent service from them.
