I can’t find a single picture or reference to this being an option for a 03 biposto or any other duc Has anyone ever seen this? looks like the PO polished the calipers too. Btw I picked this up completely disassembled so I’m trying to decide if it’s worth restoring or just getting it on the road for joy rides
I doubt if they chromed the frame ( you can get imbrittlement if you do ) Far more likely is the frame was bright nickel plated ( like the mx frames and race bikes were in the '60s and 70's by manufacturers like CCM and frame makers like Seeley - it's light and durable and shows cracks clearly which you like to be able to see in a lightweight frame and vibrating British bike ) It'll be different !
What would you recommend with this? The wheels need to be retreated or colour changed. The body is red btw
