I found that any company that offers Classic Bike or Classic Car insurance always want the proposer to belong to a Classic Vehicle Club........Why? It's still a classic regardless whether you belong to a club or not.
yep - use the insurance comparison sites like those on moneysupermarket and moneysavingexpert.com Also, although I was insured with Swinton last year, their renewal quote was £30 more than I could get it on-line from, guess who ? Swinton... My 1999 748 Bip was £72 tpft and £95 fully comp.
I use Bikesure (Adrian Flux) for my bikes, they seemed to be the only ones who understood older/modified bikes.
