Can some kind soul provide me with a measurement? I'm trying to establish if the 848/1098 clip-ons sit higher or the same as the 916 ones. I had a pair from a 999 and they sit very low, lower than the 1098 ones. Perhaps someone (Mark/Boots) who owns both models could measure from the clip on tip/end to ground and compare the difference? Wont this depend on top yoke height? Could also be the angle of the dangle rather than the height of the clip on
