Hey guys n gals need some help !!! The Superlight clutch slave was goosed so got another from flea bay, it's a billet non standard unit and looks the biz but ..... It came with a rubber o ring which I know where to fit, it also came with a small piston type part with a rubber o ring around the middle of it but I don't know if it goes in the bleed nipple side or the casing side, seems it would fit in either. It's the last part I need to fit before I can give it a blast for the first time. Any ideas ? Sorry my iPad won't upload photos.
The piston is possibly to accommodate the short type pushrod in which case it would go in the slave piston but FOR GOODNESS SAKE make sure you are absolutely certain that you need to extend the pushrod length before inserting as it can prove difficult if not impossible to remove afterwards. There is approx 10 mm difference between the two used and the longer one is 325 mm long Simon
