Both front lenses on my MTS have condensation, has anyone else suffered this problem? Ducati Glasgow said they will replace under warranty, is this a common fault?
Not that I've ever noticed. It shouldn't affect their operation anyway and will probably clear when the weather warms up.
They work fine, bought the bike August, noticed moisture in one lens, contacted Ducati Glasgow and took the bike in to sort out. Now the other side is the same, just seems strange that both have gone this way?
I don't think the lights are sealed so like many cars the condensation should 'burn off' after the lights have been on for a while. Occasional condensation following a wet ride or damp storage is not a problem if it clears on a dry day after switching on for a while. Just check their are no pin-holes or other stone damage present.
Snells are replacing my dash due to fogging on my 2013. The units should be sealed , so in theory should not happen. Think this is my first bike that has ever done it.
