  3. Hi Andy,

Our thoughts on the gold items was that it would compliment the Ohlins and break the black up a bit, what would you choose?

  4. i think the ti stuff and satin carbon speaks a bit of quality, the gold caps for this and that would cheapen the look…i would be inclined not to change the std bits...

  6. Yeah thank you for the biscuits I have already had words with the Mrs!

  7. Fuckin hell C.C. is there enough room on the bike for that lot.
I go with Andy on the bling , if I were to have anodised it would have to be titanium colour or black , at the very worse an understated blue .
But stick it on anyway ,you'll get an honest answer at the least.

  9. Maybe so Brads but by changing the colour of the anodised bits you could have a bike looking subtly impressive rather than garishly obnoxious , theres a lot of outlandish anodised bling fetishers out there. But a whole lot more that tastefully use it , surely those are the better target audience.

  10. Or am I talking bollox.

  11. You have a valid point Peter, the black and gold colour scheme is to match our logo and the new website we are developing. I am going to try and keep it subtle (I hope)

what at I really need is photoshop or at least someone who can make a conquest configurator like Triumph have?

  12. I'd imagine its WIP Pete, ie chuck it on as a demo, if parts look shit (ffs PURPLE!!!) then change em for something else. I have never seen any of these show bikes actually look good...

  15. Remember how shit the Casoli Moto bikes looked?

  16. Cheers Ozz, I'm only in Blandford. It's going to be at least a couple of months before she's complete and hopefully when our bloody weather system has sorted it self out we can go for a blast?

  17. Look forward to seeing the result....in my mirrors . Although I'm not a fan of gold bling, as you are using the bike as a advert, then I think its a good idea. It highlights the parts that are available. If its too subtle, then people won't see it

  18. I think this will be an fascinating project and look forward to seeing the results. I'm not a big fan of the over use of carbon, I think standard fairing panels with carbon trim or carbon panels with standard trim looks good but put them all together looks too much, however I think the mix of satin and gloss will break it up and look good, also I think the gold will break it up and tie in with the ohlins. We all have our thoughts on what looks good and what's tat and those thoughts differ between us but it'll be interesting too see the parts in situ and I'm sure it'll be good for business. Would be interesting to weigh the bike when it's done to see how it compares to when it was standard.
