I'm sorry to launch this one El but as I mentioned, I wasn't questioning the removal, I was questioning that when I clicked on the red conversation envelope to see what the full message was and from whom, it completely dissapeared. I therefore asked in the suggestions and feedback, was this a problem you were aware of? On that one issue, the issue for the thread, I have still had no reply. Are you aware that admin messages on some cases show something there, then when you click to read it, it dissapears with no trace of it at all in the conversation part. Should any member seek to ask an admin for clarification then it would be difficult not seeing all of the message and who sent it. You were in such a rush to lock the question you forgot to provide an answer, could you?
I hadn't dismissed it and I am looking into it. But please bear with me as I am just about to head north for the day to meet solicitors about my mums estate.
Thanks for the update and appreciate the input. Chris, sometimes when it's a technical issue, an open request often has others coming forward who possibly may have thought it's just them so it has a benefit but point taken.
