Ok, so we will await El T's response to your third sentence, but the problem I feel is that they can't just do a proper Christmas lunch as it's been done so many times, they need to ponce it up and its just too much. I watched Tom Kerridge the other night, his series this year was fab, we will be going to the Hand and Flowers later this year (my old drinking haunt from 25 years ago !!) but his recent Christmas program didn't appeal at all.......
