The clue to this enquiry is in the title.Purchased new Monster 796 4 weeks ago.What sort of cost are we looking at for Carbon Termi's fitted by main dealer inc all the relevant bits etc.Secondly, if having had them fitted,how much louder are they with the db killers removed are they?.Do most people run them fitted or removed?.All replies/info appreciated.
Best bet is to ring the dealers mate, they'll all be pretty similar but as you purchased a 'new' monster ill assume they're a ducati dealer so I'd start with them. sound wise most bikes will lower db's with a db killer by about 5db on average I'd say. If your not doing track days I wouldn't be too concerned. other options though instead of termis Worth looking at are SC project - SILENCERS DUCATI MONSTER 796 im pretty sure Mivv will do some decent pipes too.
