IMGDoing this on the phone so excuse the order of pics etc df53.jpg[/IMG]g[/IMG][/URL Big thumbs up Nelson for pj,s rental car, will be using them again for sure. Took me till the 3rd day to get really comfortable with the track and consistant pace. We had transponders fitted for three days , happy out with 2.10s to be honest. Sc,s sp,s were great but next time will be the sc,s for sure, on refection a little silly to use road tyres on track over 3 days. Was constantly in the back of my head I was using road tyres as the majority of the other lads were on race rubber. Cones were put out for turn in points and apexes, found that fantastic. Great instructors on hand and I made the most of their track experience, and will continue to do so at mondello. Found the food there grand to be honest , thought e10 for lunch to be fair price . . Watched a few bsb lads on Thurs morn, brooks ,smrtz and hopkins all very approachable. They were all banging in fast laps , 1,34s when I was watching them. So in a word was it worth the money?? Hell yea...... Roll on next year
That turn one-2 is the toughest, as you need to run almost off track at t1 to get the pace up and get it back for the left. That and the down hill righthander after the blind left always looked covered in dust and only the real fast guys use all the outside track! Couldn't quite break into the 40's when I was there, stuck on 51's but that was 7 secs quicker than the previous year...some guys were doing high 30's
