One football manager maybe gets it right

One football manager gets it really wrong

Does this mean football clubs and footballers are getting several NHS tests per person every week for free?
As a 72 year old person who is shielding if a footballer gets a vaccination before me then I will be very very angry and the family’s of the 1325 people who have died today should feel even worse. We are getting our priorities very wrong.

  2. Not how I read it, seems they’re paying from club funds which is the point of the article. He’s saying that the money which is being spent on tests by the clubs would be better spent on the NHS if all the players were vaccinated.

  3. I've stopped reading anything about football as it just sickens me. It's a thoroughly corrupted sport where Sky and BT and betting are the ringmaster. Anyone else is told to go fook themselves WE MUST HAVE FOOTBALL irrespective if the number of footballers who test positive, Even the BBC get on the trail even though they can only afford to cover the FA cup. I find it all just sickening.

  4. Footballs a game for kids played by utter bell ends (girly ones at that) and often supported by classless scumbags.

    Ahhh that’s better

  5. The game has some plus points, like spotting the sniper in the crowd each time one of them falls over for no reason...

Yeah, bin it. Time it came back down to grass roots anyway.

  9. There was me thiinking im the only person in the Uk who doesnt support a football team, doesnt watch a match ever, thinks the players are a bunch of overpaid muppetts
My son being 10 does play ,so as a treat i borrowed 2 season tickets for a Chelsea friendly match .
Well when the other team scored ,all hell broke loose ,F this and C that at screaming pitch along with hand gestures etc The guy did see I was with a 8 yr old and apologized, but 5 mintures later the same happened, not just him but half the people around him too
.So my son turned around and said Daddy what does f@cking wanker mean ?
Lovely ,and it was a non point friendly match ,mentioned it to someone a few days later and was told well you were in the season ticket seats .Needless to say I wont be taking him back
Nothing like the after Rugby knees up at Twickenham town centre after a match .
