Having successfully removed the bushes from the rear wheel, I will need to reinstate them once I have had the wheel painted. What is the best method to drive these back in, once the wheel has been painted?
Grease or spray lube, drift on outer metal tube, but biggest help I find is bunging the bushes in the freezer for a day or so and then warming the wheel. Even if only in front of a fan heater for a couple of hours. Rather than local heat, get the whole wheel warm and obviously not hot, so as to damage the paint
