  1. iv found a pair of leathers for sale but wondered if they would be to large???? at the moment im using richa one peice size 56 which are a little snug, but iv seen an add for a set of ducati corse dainese troy baylss replica one peice replica size 60,im 6ft 1 and about 15 stone (not fat ) anyone any ideas will they be much to big...thanks

  2. Reckon theywold be, doesnt that make it size 50 uk?

    I may be interested tho...

  3. not sure on sizing. will get back and let you know if i get a reply....they are advertised at £130

  4. In my experience you'd need to go up one size with dainese.

  5. best thing to do with Dainese is go into a shop and try them to see what fits. Dainese do have a size chart on their website, but realistically I would look at the lower end of the size scale shown. An EU60 is a UK 50,
and that will probably be too big if you're 15 stone, and of average build. What are you waist and chest measurement if you don't mind us asking?

  6. I've tried loads of Dianese one pieces on and without fail they are all small compared to other makes of the same size label. I reckon they would fit you.
even if they are a bit big you can have them taken in to fit.

  7. a size 60 will be around a 46" chest and a 40-42 on the waist. ish.

  8. Size 60 Dainese is massive.

I'm 5'10, a bit over 13 stone and I take size 52 in Dainese 1-pieces, size 50 in a Dainese 2-piece. Fit is perfect (I'm not fat either).

So that means for the extra 2 stone, you'd be going up 4 sizes. Seems like a lot to me.

  9. idb, the one pieces are based on a chest vs waist size vs height measurement, which is why you need to try one on to be on the safe side.

  10. im a 56 in arlen ness and furygan but, 58 in dianese but its tricky to be rue espcially with a 1 piece

  11. thanks for the replys folks....computer was buggered so sorry for the delay answering, the leathers were sold the same day. will have to try some on to get my size though.have been ill with gallstones, then gallbladder removed and then pancreatitis so not at my usual beautiful weight.grr etc

  12. Well, I hope you're better now.

That sounds like no fun at all.

It might be a bit iffy philosophically speaking, but you really have to try on a Dainese one piece to discover your size, then you're good to go on eBay. And let's face it, there's no shortage of Dainese leathers to bid on.

  13. I agree with most, Dainese do feel a size smaller.
My Dainese Corse leathers are EU56, my old Alpinestars were 54's, I thought i'd put on a few pounds till I put the old set back on!

  14. size 60 dianese would be more like 58 chest 42-44 waist

  15. Did you buy them??
