So Darley Moor has anyone done this circuit I appreciate it look a little like a scratches track but it's the only trackday available on the 6th June anywhere near my location. Is it worth the £125 with the loose cannon outfit?
Never ridden there but I’ve heard good things about it. I’m sure someone who has will be along soon with more information.
I raced there many moons ago and I would say it’s the worst circuit I raced at. If you look at the layout it’s basically a triangle with a couple of chicanes in to slow the straights down. The approach to the top hairpin is a bit hairy as well as it is a left hander (coldish tyres) with no run off. I enjoyed it as I had my first ever race there but it’s not a ‘proper’ circuit in relation to others in the uk. I hope this helps you make your decision.
