  2. Good news?

They can't do a lot worse than they have recently, so hard to see it as bad news.

  3. Sort of puts the rumours of Ducati not being a full moto gp team to rest.

  4. Oh lordy, i think this is the best news for Ducati for a long while. I hope it works out for all of them.

  5. Gigi is gathering the troops... they will need more than 7 samurai... :) sounds like TARDO will be more in charge of organisation then anything else.. doesn't sound too 'strategic' to me..

  7. Well 2014 is looking promising in so many ways. :upyeah:

  8. There is a general feeling that they are starting to put the right people in the right seats. I don't really rate Dovi tbh, but Cal will push hard and I watched that Neil Hodgson 'ride to win' and some of the comma from Tardozi and the way he motivated people was pretty impressive. Whether he is 'only' looking after organisation or as a sudo team manager I think he will be a positive character and he does listen to riders!

  9. I think its a good move.

Tardo will add weight to the team structure. Sometimes a crew / office not having direction can be detremental.

Cal has the right attitude but only time will tell. If a bike aint rideable who knows how long it will take. For instance, when I see the current gp bike on the track, it looks like the front i all out of proportion with the back, kind of like an upside down banana if you will.

In saying all that, with Cal, Gigi etc, it will be probably another 2 / 3 yrs before Ducati can turn it around, unless they ave a workable prototype we dont know about - it would fit in with the plan of an all new shake up starting this year wouldnt it.....
