Can't recommend this enough Currently on Netflix and well worth a watch, even for someone like me who has no interest in rock climbing you cannot help admiring the pure dedication and perseverance required to do what they do in this. Probably available elsewhere so treat yourself
I agree. Highly recommended. What an incredible story of his capture and eventual escape. One of the best climbing films, only surpassed by 'Free Solo' where he plays a big part in teaching Alex Honnold all he knows about climbing El Cap.
Ill give that a watch. Have you watched the Dawn Wall? I found it quite fascinating how he grew in to climbing and overcame the loss of his finger etc
Yeah, a while ago, I thought it was great, but Free Solo absolutely blew me away, not many doco's you watch that make your arse twitch with fear while watching.
Ill get that watched today then, loved that Dawn Wall, I'm gonna get the 6 year old with me and go clip and climb
