Can anyone recommend somewhere to repair the gear change pads on my Daytona's?

Other than the pads falling apart, the rest of the boots are in great condition, and I don't want to throw them away!

Have you contacted Daytona. Out here in Germany they have a top reputation for aftermarket care.

Friends boots, same as those photo’s, did the same. Sent to Germany for repair. Top service too. Zips replaced, gear pad replaced and re soled for £190. That included return postage.
