Daytona Evo Sports Boot

  1. Does anyone have experience of this boot ? The Sidis that no longer fitted have gone to a new home and the Daytona Road Stars whilst brilliant boots for the road, aren't really suited to the track. I do not have "Italian" feet and I have found a new pair of these Daytonas size 48 for sale at quite a good discount because as I understand it the boot has been replaced by a newer model. Thanks, Andy

  3. I always wore Daytona. Always. The GTX are great. The evo sport though after being knocked off at 2mph, the toe slider was ripped off and it pulled the fixings out too. Not bad for £500 boots. So i thus claimed for em and bought dainese in's and saved myself £150. But I really rate the road star gtx. waterproof and very comfy. You cant go wrong with those ones.

  4. Thanks guys. I have fat feet so I need a manufacturer who makes either a big boot or one with a wide fitting and Daytona is the only one I have found stocked locally. Never come across this boot within a boot style before but I really need something for the track and Infinity's are doing the Evo Sport GTX at 25% off. The only thing I haven't worked out is if the inner boot goes under your leathers and the outer boot goes over your leathers ? That seemed to be the logic when I tried them on having dropped in to Infinity on the spur of the moment. Sounds like a ride out is in the making tomorrow :). Andy
