De-Cat pipe fitment

  1. Hi All,

    Just purchased a decat pipe from fleabay - can anyone tell me how difficult they are to fit? I have some basic spanner skill but am no mechanic.

  2. On the subject of de-cat, I've just fitted a Leo Vince kit. It was a doddle to do, fits perfectly and with a Zard Penta end can is "need baffles for MOT" LOUD, perfect :)

  3. Did you remove flapper valve?

    I'm considering the zard since it covers the flapper valve area, but since there are a lot of horror fitment stories, i am a bit reluctant...

  6. Well, loose it I guess :) Apart from restricting noise sub 3-4000 rpm (??), I'm not sure what it does..
