As per the title, anyone got any recommendations on where to take my 999 for an MOT in the Derby area? It has Termi's, an LED rear light (E93 marked, so hoping that'll be ok), but it needs a fork seal replacing, and it's been 2 years since the belts were done, so I want someone who knows what they're doing, but won't charge the earth...
I've used both SPR and Cornerspeed, would be happy to recommend either. Used SPR a few times since 2000 for servicing (900ss) & dyno work (Hypermotard). Discovered Nelly in 2010, only about 30 minutes from me, & have used hime ever since. Top notch service.
I live in Derby and always take my HM to Doncaster Motorcycles, servicing and MOTs. Bit of a spin, but I trust them completely.
Wow, you really rate them - that's 100 motorway miles instead of 20 to SPR. Did you live in Donny at some point?
Nope, used to sell them their tyres for the shop. I usually go the A60, bit longer but better than the motorway, unless it's pissing it down and you just want to get home! Kev and Neil are good guys and always look after me Kev really knows his stuff when it comes to Ducatis and he's got all the proper diagnostic stuff too.
