Hi and thanks. The seat hump came from a company called Design Corse and the airtake covers are from Conquest Carbon. They are both companies listed on this forum in the trader section. Think both deliver all over also and both get pretty good write ups
Hi, after reading your experience I also ordered the seat cowl. But I experience problems with it. Was it a simple exchange for the passenger seat with your bike? At my 2005 999 it look as if it is a few mm too long. And as if it is too flat. De tubes of the rear frame prevent the lokingpin to enter the catch enough. How did you make it fit?
Looks really awesome I have a carbon one but its not as good as that. Would like a colour matched red one but they don't seem to do any i can find.
It's not good and without any explanation is totally abitrary but you are not alone in getting twatted. Ignore it and move on . Andy
Hi there. Mine fitted pretty well tbh. Pillion seat off, replacement on - needed a v small bit of persuasion, but basically a straight swap (useful as that was at the limit of my skills lol).
I am in contact with Design Corse. After providing them pictures of the delivered part I have send the cowl back. To be continued.
