Hi. I have a gen2 diavel. I installed a healtech quickshifter, using the lead which requires connection to the fuel injectors. I had to loosen the airbox to get to the plugs which meant removing a whole host of stuff. Now, when I start the bike, it runs ok for a short while before the rev note changes and the exhaust bangs quite violently. I turned it off and will remove the quickshifter. But get a feeling I may have forgot to plug something back. Any suggestions? I didn't take enough pics and I'm 99% sure I've plugged stuff back where it should go.
Answered my own question. When I pulled the airbox up, it must have u hooked one of the ignition coils.
I didn't buy one but I tested the Diavel and the DiavelX and all I'm gonna say is make sure you test a Multistrada too! Not as sexy by any means but for me the fit was so snaptube vidmate much better.
