In Brisbane Australia… At today’s exchange rate - 1.77 aud to gbp this works out at £1.17 per litre, Petrol is £1.13 per litre!! What amazes me over here is that the prices go up and down every few days, it’s as quick to come back down as when it goes up, back in the UK, when it goes up it stays up,..why is that?? Only a couple of weeks ago we filled the car with petrol at 1.55 dollars, or 88 pence per litre, the queue was around the corner mind and the next day it was back up around 1.90 dollars. It seems like the UK motorists pay through the nose for everything!
Fuel at £1.84 P and £1.67 D, yes we in the UK get screwed with everything here, council tax, food shopping, any form of insurance, solicitors, quite frankly my bottom's starting to hurt from being feck over every day.
