Thoroughly recommend if you are a foodie. Eaten in lots of top restaurants this was probably no actually was the best. Eaten too much drank too much and spent to much . A happy fat baldy.
Dinner is at the Mandarin oriental. Take it you had the meat orange? Never fails to deliver! Prior to Heston showing up the bar was full brasses who seem to have now all moved over the road to fifth floor at Harvey nicks!
Went to Sat Bains in Nottingham the other weekend. Thought the wife was barking mad wanting to all the way to Nottingham for dinner (Maldon), but it was her birthday. Awesome food, he talked us through the whole meal personally and we almost sat in the kitchen with them and watched them cook it. 10 courses, wine to match. Stayed the night, stunning breakfast as well, left at midday. £300 a head. For what we got I thought that was good value, and I'm a tight bastard.
Wife had meat fruit , got a tour of the kitchen was impressed. Far better than ramsays maze. Love to do kerridge and Angela hartnetts
Was at Fera for the second time this month yesterday , now that is something special, very clever use of plants. Kitchen is solely induction and as such is a cold kitchen.
