I'm after some stainless front disc bolts for my 2016 PP. I'm thinking the spec is M8x20 dome head. Can anyone confirm and advise if you have them and where you bought them from? I've had a look on the web and they aint cheap are they?!
I use www.boltbase.com for stainless nuts & bolts for my 1260S, great service & prices. Not replaced the disc bolts yet, unlike most of the other fasteners on the bike they've not corroded but it's only a matter of time.
Like these ones I have on my 748 I think there near £40 for 12 I can do them for £25 posted to the uk
stainless bolts are nice & i,ve fitted to many bikes. But they do recommend not to use on discs, calipers & the like as they do not have a good sheer characteristic.
Yes i was grafting hard in them days. I was only 22 & bought that with 31000 miles on clock 3 yrs old for £1300 Makes you think a bit. Anyway sold it for same 18 months later to put deposit on a house. Thats me stood at side of it with hair. & before Aircon pipes up with off topic shit . God that was 43yrs ago .. ouch Still a big kid at heart though.
