1260 Discount On New Bikes

  1. after a lay off due to my crash , I am going to be buying another 1260 multi.
My last one which lasted 2 hours before being written off was a demo 1260s with 700 miles
    On it.
Ducati manchester have said they will have a demo at the end of March for sale but I wonder if I could get a discount on a new 1260s or maybe even a pikes peak.
21k is a bit rich for me , I paid 15k for the demo one last time

  2. Late last year Ducati Manchester sent this out....

    This was new..

So you should use this as your starting point...

It was a sticker kit on 1260S

  4. Thought they were offering some extras on the 1260, convinced I saw that recently on the Ducati website. Not a discount as such but added value.

If you were wanting any accessories they seem keener to heavily discount or throw those in rather than shave money off the price of the actual bike. Managed to get biketrac, top box and rack for not a lot extra when buying mine. I did get quite a pasting on the PX of my MV Turismo Volece though, was the same everywhere I tried to sell it not just as a PX.

  5. Most dealers are offering either free touring pack or £1000 of equipment with a new bike. Luckily I don’t have a part ex this time but they hammered me back in November when I traded a bmw s1000r in.i think this is because they just trade it out

  6. Some Dealers do offer good discounts, and cheaper accessories, the free stuff is generally a Ducati UK deal passed on.

  7. Yeah, think the free touring pack is what I saw. No such luck last year when I got mine, price of being an early adopter I suppose.

  8. Free touring pack or £1,000 accessories until End of March (P&H on Thursday) - Ducati promotion

  9. yup, i paid list for the PP last July but got heated grips included and a very good part ex on the monster R.......which i noticed last weekend is still sitting in his showroom so must have lost a packet on that.

  10. Might be better option to buy new if you can afford it, take the discounted touring pack and be able to buy the extended warranty rather than buy an ex-demo? I don't think you can buy the extended warranty on a bike that's already been registered by the dealer?

  11. I bought a 2017 ex demo it was 6 weeks old and had covered 240 MLS it was the base model paid £11400 new price £14k I think I got a good deal , they also did me a good deal on the first service and accessories
