  1. It always amazes me the forces that go on inside an engine.
     
  2. And to think people still scrimp on engine oil.
     
  3. Interesting for about 10 secs. Seen one rpm and you've seen 'em all :tongue:
     
  4. Pretty impressive. Was it an optical illusion of did the valves appear to "Bounce" occasionally at low revs (before they gave it some gas)?
     
  5. Interesting. Love seeing the oil being squirted out. So tell me: is that oil vapor later on, or smoke from burnt oil?
     
  6. The the caps and springs were both rotating clockwise - guess the valve must as well - didn't know they did that - not that it matters
     
  7. It always amazes me that valve springs can react fast enough! I know the forces involved in compression help seal the valves but it's still great to see a top end at work like that, nice find!
     
  8. Thats valve float for you, it's why Ducati have a Desmodromic set-up.
