Anybody bought yet? i know there is a post regarding how pricey it is but can anyone recommend the best option re camping, grandstand seats, packages, hotels near by or just best places to view? had a bit of a google but im not coming up with much and would welcome any advice.
Weekend tickets, camp or motorhome/caravan/shed van in lively field. Bikes, birds, bbq's, booze n music.
The promotion of it to date leaves a hell of a lot to be desired. I see the Circuit Of Wales has already been put back at least 4 months. Something tells me it may well be back at Silverstone next year.
yea the web site is a bit shit too... maybe it contains all the necessary info but i cant find it. surely the best sites should be designed with muppets like me in mind.. I am looking forward to it as ive never been to donny and im looking forward to the welsh one also, just hope both live up to expectations on the hosting front... I'm sure the racing will be great as ever...
I wouldn't bank on coming to Wales....they haven't even touched the area.....I doubt if they ever will. There's something dodgy going on if you ask me....I'd like to know who paid the money to Dorna and what was in it for both parties.
I see that a Planning Inquiry into the whole Circuit of Wales scheme is due to start on 10 March 2015 and last for 8 days of hearings. Then the planning inspector will have write his report, which could take months. Even if planning permission is ultimately granted (which is unlikely), and even if the money is forthcoming (even more unlikely), work won't be starting until next Autumn at the earliest. Don't hold your breath.
