  2. 1. usually "RACE" refers to sintered friction material not organic which is used in "ROAD".

    2. You start with a friction plate and finish with a steel plate. Google Bucci slipper clutch and it will provide you with an illustration. Don't be put off by the number of 1.5mm dished plates they show or because you have 1 less friction plate which is not unusual. The significance is the pack height.

    3. The dot signifies a "dish" plate.

    4. The 1.5mm dished plate is supposed to inhibit clutch judder, some riders on here will tell you that you need at least 1 fitted and some will tell you that you do not need one at all. So long as you can maintain the overall pack thickness with a combination of 1.5 and 2mm steel plates you should be okay but I would be looking to change the friction pack if I couldn't fit a couple of 1.5mm steel plates in the pack.... my personal preference.

    Hope this helps.

  6. Is it on the outer edge of each tang, if so it's where the hubs worn them away, can't remember offhand but I think max play between hub & plates is about 1.6mm

  7. Sorry basket not hub, thought I might have an example in the garage but can't find one, don't know why yours would have just the one though maybe something different
