well, whilst enjoying a blast of a week at Aragon and Valencia last week, the experience was given quit a boost by the DRE that let us testride the Pani base and S on the Aragon track. stepping of the beloved, lightened and well prepped 999R, the Pani proved itself in a different league what to say? lighter even still, as nimble as a lightened 600 and the ooomphh of a hammer.. and undaunted by the long sweeping turns as she remains stable as a train. a brake system that cannot be faulted... the S felt a bit more planted to me but that can be entirely due to the fact that i felt more at home during the second ride.. a big differene was felt between sport and race , the race settings being ever so snappy. It's the first bike ever to pop me a wheely coming out of a turn... so what to say, i'm ever the moon with the decision to get myself one as much as i enjoyed the 999 at valencia - a more technical track - i won't regret putting her aside for the R ) the grin factor is huge...
