Drift Camera Lens

  1. Cracking camera, much prefer it to the GoPro. Much easier to mount.
I find that the lens is too wide tho. You have to be real close to do any bike to bike shots or the other bike goes dot sized in no time.
You can electronically zoom but you lose quality.

Anybody interested in getting some narrower lenses made or know where to get them made?

  2. Change the settings to view a narrower field of vision is surely the easier option? IIRC, it has 3 settings with the narrowest offering only 90degrees?

  3. Yeah but you're just cropping the image. You lose quality. It's like a digital zoom, fine if you like a soft image. Thanks for the input though.

  4. It's a great camera, but I do agree with you. The other thing I found if you zoom in is that the passing scenery gets very flickery...

I was really close to the other bikes a couple of times on these VT's but it does look like I'm a long way back.
