This is a somewhat unexpected sale, but due to personal reasons, my 899 has to go. Bought in April of this year, the bike has had two previous owners. I say two, but it's really only one. Poor guy who I bought it off had tinnitus and even with baffles in, the termi's were just too loud for him. Think he only managed 50 miles and I believe he was a member on here at the time, although this was bought from him through eBay. Bike is a 13 plate and has 5021 miles on it, the last 3000 of which were with me on it. It's been absolutely faultless in my ownership and a pure joy to own. Pictures speak for themselves really. It's standard apart from the Termi's (upmap installed and baffles included), light tint DP screen, titanium mirror bolts (originals were like cheese), throttle spacer mod and some pro-grips. It looks stunning and the paint work is in excellent condition considering it has no clear coat! No venture shield unfortunately. Only marks are the usual one on the lower right hand fairing where the front tyre rubs against it and a small mark on the rear seat unit (see pictures). Bike comes with original exhausts, screen and pillion pegs. Both keys present, it's data-tagged, has a handbook with everything from when purchased new including bill of sale. Originally bought from P&H and has been serviced by them at 603 miles and 2115 miles back on 27th October of last year, so next is due in a couple of months. It will need a new rear tyre very soon.
