Due to a very sad change in circumstances, I am offering for sale my Ducati 996 Biposto. I purchased the bike earlier this year to be my ‘road’ bike as I also have a track bike (see separate thread also for sale). The bike has a genuine Ducati Monoposto seat unit along with the following extras: Genuine Mono Suede seat Brembo billet fold up brake master cylinder Brembo billet fold up clutch master cylinder Ohlins steering damper Ducati Performance rear sets with carbon heel guards Carbon Termignoni exhausts with chip Surflex Slipper clutch with basket and vented cover Vented carbon sprocket cover Ducati Performance carbon number plate holder Titanium front disc bolts Titanium rear sprocket bolts Avanti rear wheel nut Many stainless steel replacement bolts Dzus fasteners in black The bike has just had a full service including valve clearance, belts, all fluids etc carried out by Carl Harrison and a brand new pair of Metzler Sportec tyres that haven’t even turned on the road yet. I also have a replacement Ohlins rear shock, shock rocker with ride height adjuster and Oberon clutch slave in black that are yet to be fitted and will complete the improvements I had intended for the bike. The bike also has the following recently replaced items: Chain Front discs and pads Rear discs and pads MOT expires 12th June 2015 and the tax runs out on 31st January 2015 There is a Datatool Veto Alarm/Immobiliser fitted with fitting certificate and two key fobs. I have every single original part including the replaced nuts and bolts so if somebody really wanted to put it back to a standard biposto they could. Seat unit, rear sets, pillions pegs, levers, steering damper, exhausts etc etc. I also have two keys (one unused) and all the services books and owners manuals. The bike is in fantastic condition though it is not mint as would be reasonable for a 14 year old with 8725 miles. Please call me on 07824 468974 for more information or higher resolution pictures.
Yeah, it is very nice and I had almost finished it except for fitting the shock and clutch slave. The belly pan is the full oil catcher (i.e. not with holes) in carbon fibre as I believe was supplied by the factory.
