Ducati 999 Racing exhaust 63mm pipes. Pipes are stainless steal polished. Exhaust end can is made from titanium. For the ducati 999 Deep sump engines. Fits black swing arm, so should also fit grey swing arm. Don't know the manufacturer. Maybe you do??? It is not the nicest welding I have seen but therefor I have addapted the price. Was on a 999 racing bike, but the bike is already sold. It is an complete package with springs and carbon exhaust shield (the carbon is not in the best I have seen). It goes on the standard subframe. This system is a little bit longer so you don't need the RS style subframe. SOLD!
I've got most of another RS in my cellar. I'm putting a 999S motor into it for cheap reliability - it might be down on power compared to the little RS tho!

Have you already dyno'd the 749RS?? interesting how many horses it has got. For reliability I am rebuilding my own 749R now. using sand casted 998 crank cases. putting big bore kit in it. and trying to reduce the powerdelivery to lower revs with degreeing the camshafts.
Sandcast is the way forward. With 100mm pistons, you will not need to change the cam timing. There is maybe 10 more newton metres of torque with these pistons and it starts lower. Are you using Pistal?
Yes pistal are used. I will use the 2 ring pistons these are 40 gram lighter. And will balance the crankshaft to this weight.
you might have problems with the valves hitting the top of the pistons, but you should be ok. I think you can run 12:1 compression.
