I have an 02 ducati 999 bipost i have a standard exhaust on it and i want to change it has anyone got any recomendations i have seen some 996 termis on one model and i like them.
Chances are you will have seen Mivi twin cans rather than actual 996 pipes. Eitherway in my opinion the twin pipes dont suit the 999, Try this guy www.stormexhausts.co.uk he can hand make a full system or just an end can. Or just trawl ebay for termi's Leo Vince etc etc
Zard are awesome but I too have a Storm exhaust and its mental and just a bit loud :biggrin: Different than a Termi which I like. Try to avoid the 63 mm Termi F06 there is also HPE - SPARK... i may have a 57MM for the 02 03 available soon! grtz Koen
I had Spark zorsts on my 916 and I think on my 907. Both carbon and both were good. Great sound but not ridiculous. SPARK There doesn't seem to be a carbon version for the 999 but I suppose titanium is still good. Cheaper than Termis at any rate.
I am the UK importer for Spark, and have one fitted on my 999......its fantastic quality, and available in Ti or Stainless.....assymetric or full system.....
There is a full Akro ti system for sale on dsc. The same on my 749R(S). I loved the sound of the big Leo on my old 749R
