Ducati UK are calling on Monster owners, past and present, to share their images and stories of owning one of the most iconic bikes in Ducati’s history and to win the chance of riding one of Ducati UK’s new Monsters for up to three months.

Motorcycle Live at the NEC Birmingham will be the venue for the UK’s celebration of 20 years of the Monster with a special stand display of up to ten models charting the timeline of the Monster’s history. As part of the display, the stand will feature a ‘Monster Tales’ wall showing a multitude of images sent in by owners of their Monsters along with stories and even poems.

To collect and host these images and engage with owners prior to Motorcycle Live, Ducati have set up a special ‘Ducati UK Monster 20th anniversary’ Facebook page where Monster fans and owners past and present will be able to upload their images and share their experiences with the biking community.

Everyone who uploads a picture will not only share their story in pictures and words but also receive a specially commissioned 20th anniversary key ring and go into a prize draw for the loan of a Monster from Ducati UK for up to three months. People who have their image and or story posted on the ‘Monster Tales’ wall and visit the Ducati stand during the show will receive a complimentary Ducati umbrella.

To upload your ‘Monster Tales’ images and stories visit: facebook.com/MonsterUK20th and to follow updates and stories follow us on twitter @MonsterUK20th #MonsterUK20th

If you have a Monster from the last 20 years in good original condition and you would give consent to have the bike on display at this year’s Motorcycle Live from 25 November to 2 December 2012, please email [email protected]

  2. Strange, it doesn't appear as naked as it was 20 years ago. But then again, neither do I.
