1st episode, I took my bike in for a clutch slave failure and warranty work just after this shop opened. The bike was left sitting in the workshop for 3 weeks as they apparently forgot about it. I Demanded my bike back and they delivered it in un repaired. Had an apology from the boss who promised to make it right but I went elsewhere, once bitten and all that. Over a year later, I decided to give them the benefit of doubt and with them being my nearest dealer I was looking to purchase the new enduro pro ! I thought I’d better buy something small first and see if they’ve changed. I Ordered 2 footrest springs at the counter over 8 weeks ago, in that time I’ve been back to the shop twice and the last time was at the weekend when we were told they had them in the workshop and couldn’t get to them And they would be posted out. You guessed it, still nothing. Worst customer service I’ve experienced from any retailer, let alone a Ducati dealer. Still Absolute wankers !
