My wife collected her new monster 821 from Ducati Croydon this morning and we found the whole experience of buying a bike from them excellent. No pushy sales pitch a fair trade in price and regular email updates as the bike made its way from Italy. I had used In Moto a few years back when I had an Aprillia so had no hesitation going back now they are a ducati dealer as well. Glad we did
