Does anyone know where I could find a shop in the uk that would be able to do something like this to a sports classic:

could try dave woods DWR Racing
he has been known to build a few very nice custom monsters and even a turbo charged multistrada i have seen

They've done really nice Ducati GT custom.
TBH replicating that Moto Wheels' custom shouldn't be very difficult as it's built mainly from bolt-on parts and bits from other Ducatis. As a matter of fact you could probably do a fair chunk of those mods yourself in a garage
