Does not calling a bike a "beast" usually mean it is fierce, over-powerful, hard to manage, intimidating, a real handful? In this video, "beast" seems to mean something else, but I'm not sure what.
Nice vid Rob, a little less enthusiasm wouldn't have gone amiss and obviously the speedo was reading in KPH eh! Can't wait to have a go on one now.
Loved the drone footage & would of enjoyed some super slow riding with more drone video. Didn't think much to your chase/rolling road footage. You completely wasted half the video doing bland same style pull up & overtake manoeuvres. I would of liked to have seen some heeled over footage on nice wide bends, even a deep corner turn with a minor side-road where the car could sweep off the road & you could of tested the cornering ABS in all its glory. No headlamp at night footage which is a big point for a full-time rider like myself....'do i need the auxiliary running lights?'... You also didn't introduce yourself which was a mistake in the beginning of the video & mentioned you own/run the uk-ducati forums (Sell yourself & your diverse knowledge base of members *numbers*). Static footage with you blasting past was missed opportunity, camera on the road as you weave past missed opportunity. City/town/village at night footage again environments where people live & work, making us future buyers reminisce internally about been that person on that beast! But all in all 5/10, good chit-chat, nice footage from car & on-bike (another point sort out your on-board mic) & the only other annoying thing is that video was 170mb too download.
Thought of something else; you should of clarified that Ducati as a business should listen to the customers it has regarding build quality. Longevity of paint thickness & generally if there is a problem with this bike the uk-members & world wide users who use the forums. Get down too the nitty gritty & these points & issues should never be ignored. Buying a premium product should wreak of satisfaction. *If you do this again, maybe ask for members advice because its all about the planning*
Thanks for the great feedback. Would have loved to get more footage. We only had the bike for 6 ish hours in total spread across 3 days so very limited in terms of time to get footage after bikes been picked up drive to locations etc etc. hopefully we will be able to negotiate more bike time soon. Totally agree on the helmet audio too. I have a new mic that will hopefully be much better.
Hi, thanks for the video review. Looked OK to me. One question, does the bloody fuel gauge work on this one? Because it doesn't on my older Multi. After numerous attempts at fixing it. Cheers!!
