I've had all sorts of bikes over the years & spent all sorts of money in dealers. But Ducati Glasgow really do it right. Popped in today for a couple of O rings, for my 996 costing pennies. Got a warm welcome, a chat, and a thank you very much ! Also had a bit of technical help over the phone as I like to do my own spannering to a degree. The boys at Dynotech Ecosse are similar in attitude ! It's not rocket science that a happy customer will come back, as we'll as spread the good word, but other places could do well to take a leaf from their book. Some don't even bother to make eye contact to let you know they are aware you have entered their polished temple lol. I speak, as do others spending their hard earned, from experience. Just though I'd post this as these guys have impressed. Well done.
They are an excellent outfit to deal with. I finally collect my Corse on Friday so have been dealing with them now for about 7 months. Had a great experience throughout. Have also felt the need to tell everyone who will listen how good they've been.
