  4. I think someone needs a new timing camera.

  5. 350 clicks or around 220 mph is the fastest no?

  6. That's what I remember from last year.

  7. Let’s just take a moment to appreciate this..

Dovi has hit 261mph @ the MotoGP test in Qatar... 261 in short circuit racing!

Iannone not far behind at 406 kph

Providing the transponder hasn’t shit itself

  11. Thought they topped out at about 215 ish mph? . How can they find an extra 40mph.??? . Surely you need another 150bhp to get another 40mph. ?
    Transponder error?

  12. No idea, MotoGP, Dorna & Pramac have tweeted about it, you’d like to think they’d know if it was a duff transponder !

  13. Yep a couple of years ago they topped 219 last year I don't think it was quite as good, this year, sod the handling just blits them on the straights.;)

  14. Could be? 5th down also 406!

  15. If it's pucker, I suspect it is not the engine or gearing that will be used for racing, but I also suspect it's horse shit :D

  16. With all the same sector times, don't think so - 80kph faster than the field ? Think about that...

  18. Threads merged

  19. Think probably a timing/speed trap/transponder fault

However I think it’s possible if you consider an H2R will crack 249mph. GP bikes are considered to have at least 290bhp and some speculate 300bhp or more..

Whether it would do it on a short circuit is another thing all together
