What is it with Ducati Insurance? The insurance on my Monster expires at the beginning of April. Carole Nash wanted a 45% increase for this year which considering my meagre mileage and the fact the bike is sorned for six months of the year I felt rather steep. So an opportunity to look round. I thought give Ducati Insurance a go. Filled in all the details on line for the cover I wanted etc and got a result.... £653 oh my, that's more than four times what I paid for the same level of cover last year. So off to compare the meerkat and once again filled in all the details of level of cover etc..... Would you believe that towards the least cost insurances was ............. Ducati Insurance for £164. Same cover exactly as previously quoted direct with them. So I went with that. Still struggling to understand the difference, their system must lose them much business.
