this is what i did so far. caliper rebuild normal brake bleeding many many times did reverse brake bleeding tied up the lever overnight bench tested the brake master (put a finger over the hole, pulled the lever, and it builds pressure) completely flushed the old oil and put new one in i just don't have any pressure what so ever. there is literally no air, there is no way! it does break, but there is not enough braking power
Often on Motorbikes the volume of fluid the brake master can shift per stroke is not enough to push out the pistons of the caliper unless the pads are close to the disc. What happens is this. You pull the lever and the caliper pistons start to come out but because of the sticktion in the new caliper seals they get pulled back by the seals when you let go of the lever. So you are forever pumping and nothing happens. When the disc is spinning however it does help to pull the pads towards it and in turn helps the caliper pistons to come out. Get someone to spin the wheel while you brake and if you built a bit if pressure drive is carefully down the road. Every time you brake the lever will come back more. Twice up and down the road and it will be good.

https://imgur.com/a/9lTi3aG i think i might've found the issue with my brakes, that's the part number 2? can someone send me a picture? i think it's missing thus i'm having issues with my brakes
Dude, you are quoting exactly the same problems as a previous member had - one who has now deregistered. You are quoting you have done exactly the same things as the previous member had done to rectify his problem. The problem for the previous member all started because he fitted an aftermarket 'part number 2' in your post above, forgive me if I'm mistaken in thinking you might be he. Regardless of who I think you are, are you now saying you are missing the brake lever and its pivot pin?
you asked if i'm ios_serpent i answered you no, had you asked if i'm los serpent, i would've answered yes
I mean you have rebuilt your brake system, changed the fluid, have no brake pressure and now suspect that you might be missing the brake lever? Are you Tim Tim?
Don’t be too hard laava, we all have varying abilities!, for example I went to sit on my bike last night and it felt lower to the ground and really uncomfortable, then I remembered that the day before I had completely dismantled the bike and put it in boxes, easy done!.
Yeah, sorry about being overly cynical, I actually thought it was a spambot as I saw two threads before they got merged and the comment about missing brake lever got me going....
@cremone98 we want to help but really, are you missing the brake lever? You said, in your previous los guise you put aftermarket levers on. Someone suggested they weren’t appropriate. Could be right. Perhaps the rod which compresses the piston on the master cylinder is shorter on the aftermarket lever than the original lever. Have you got hold of an original lever and tried that?
